Simon Sinek created a diagram he calls the golden circle and explains that the essential element of an inspired leader is to, “think, act and communicate from the inside out” (Sinek, 2009, 03:19). This means that as a teacher, our why—the reason we teach— my motivation is to transform professional learning experiences inside the golden circle.

Reflection
The Why, How, and What statements are essential in developing our plan to improve professional learning through digital experiences since they direct our approach and successfully involve stakeholders.

The Why Statement
The goal is to empower educators to succeed in today's dynamic and constantly changing educational landscape through the fundamental belief in transforming professional learning through digital experiences. I am dedicated to redefining traditional learning models to provide educators with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to not only adapt but also build their capacity to thrive in their careers, even in the face of ongoing technological advancements and market disruptions.
Creating a Sense of Urgency
The actions that will be taken to implement digital learning experiences that improve critical thinking, teamwork, and the development of practical skills are described in the How statement. The goal of the ELG program in my innovation proposal is to stress the need to change to remain competitive and relevant in a world moving quickly by demonstrating the instant advantages of using digital tools for learning. Such a requirement compels stakeholders to acknowledge the importance of digital learning in determining their future performance and to move to take advantage of fresh chances for development. Inspired by Simon Sinek's concept of starting with "Why," our professional development initiative will begin with a clear and compelling vision. We will articulate why this change is necessary, emphasizing its impact on student success and overall school improvement. This sense of purpose will create intrinsic motivation and a sense of urgency among teachers and district led initaives. The use of cutting-edge technology and creative digital platforms will build immersive and dynamic learning environments in order to realize this ambition. Using various digital tools, we create individualized and dynamic learning experiences that promote critical thinking and teamwork and—above all—make it easier to put knowledge into practice in real-world situations. I want to create a blended learning professional learning environment that will provide educators opportunities to have choice, ownership and voice through authentic learning experiences (Harapnuik, 2018). I designed a course with the intent to offer professionals a revolutionary educational experience that goes beyond traditional limits and equips them with the skills to welcome change, innovation, and ongoing development by embracing digital learning strategies. Presenting data and evidence from the completion of my course will highlight the current gaps and opportunities for improvement will help teachers understand the need for change. However, the data will be framed in a way that connects emotionally, showing how these changes can positively affect their students' lives.

Lowering Complacency
My ultimate objective is to provide professionals with the skills they need to lead organizational change, navigate uncertainty, and inspire innovation in Fort Bend Isd. Part of the complacency that Kotter discusses is attributed to a lack of confidence in the potential of our actions to influence any of these very complicated and significant problems. (Kotter, 2013) Through an emphasis on the comprehensive growth of individuals, my goal is to foster the development of a new cohort of leaders who, in addition to being skilled in utilizing technology, also exhibit the resilience, adaptability, and strategic vision necessary to prosper in the fiercely competitive and quickly changing educational landscape of today. Also, the goal is to highlight the specific results of our effort through the What statement, which focuses on giving professionals in my ELG program the abilities they need to successfully lead, generate innovation, and navigate change. By clearly illustrating how digital learning can revolutionize both professional and personal development, I want to urge all educators involved to step outside of their comfort zones and adopt an attitude of ongoing learning and development. This purpose clarity enables professionals to participate fully in their learning process, which promotes an innovative and growing culture inside their companies.

In Conclusion
By relating my Why, How, and What statements to values that speak to my heart, generate urgency, and reduce complacency, I am equipped to motivate action, emotionally engage stakeholders, and, via my improved professional learning experiences, bring about significant change.
